Dr Wickham brings a wealth of process engineering and project management expertise and recently spent 9 years as a Senior Scientist at Element Six Ltd (a De Beers company)
Ben has a Masters Degree in Chemistry with 1st Class Honours and a Doctorate in Inorganic & Synthetic Chemistry University of Bath, UK.
Recognized as a strong scientific leader and innovator, Ben will be responsible for directing the process chemistry activities of the group and provide strategic leadership and technical expertise in the design, optimization, scale-up and commercialization of the Altilitech end-of-life electric vehicle battery recycling technology.
